What does Suite, Signature, Prestige, Luxury, and Premium collections mean?

Our collections based on different grades of cotton and named respectively:

  • Suite or Hotel Collection: Long staple cotton sateen that feels lightweight and silky soft. 
  • Signature Collection: Lustrous long staple cotton sateen weave with a thicker structure and softer hand feel. 
  • Prestige Collection: Extra-fine cotton sateen that features an extra-thick, durable and smooth weave.
  • Luxury Collection: Luxurious extra-fine long staple cotton yarns with the thickest, smoothest and most long-lasting material.
  • Premium Collection: Describes both our bamboo and TENCEL™ collections, classifying both fabrics as highly absorbent, cooling and breathable with a durable thick construction for long-lasting comfort. 

Which material is more suitable for me: TENCEL™, bamboo or cotton?

TENCEL™ lyocell is luxuriously soft to touch, woven with higher density than most to achieve a well weighted, pill-resistent fabric. It is most suitable for those who prefer a cooling and crisp material. 

Bamboo lyocell has a superbly silky and delicate hand feel with a luxe sheen when draped over your bed. This durable, hypoallergenic material is most suitable for those who prefer a cooling, silky soft material.

Our cotton grades differ depending on the collections, but generally all of our long staple cotton fabrics are soft and crisp with a lustrous hand feel. This material is thick and durable, so it is ideal for those who prefer crisp yet soft sheets that perform better over time. 

Will my sheets shrink after being washed?

There may be some minor natural shrinkage after the first wash, but this will not affect your use of the sheets as all Grand Atelier sheets are slightly oversized to account for this.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to process and receive my order?

All orders will be processed within 24 working hours. After an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

What are your shipping rates?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore. All orders will be trackable and tracking numbers will be provided with the confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Simply contact us at grandatelier@havenlifestyle.asia and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for shipping to your location.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have full confidence in our products and believe that you will love them too. However, should you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply contact us at hello@grandatelier.com.sg and a customer service associate will be in touch with you within 1 business day. Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Fabric Care

How should I wash my sheets?

Our sheets are very low maintenance—simply pop them in the washer and wash on cold with a mild detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Pro tip: line dry for a (largely) wrinkle free finish. Alternatively, tumble dry until 80% dry and then hang up till fully dry to minimise wrinkles.

Do I need to wash my sheets before using?

Our sheets come pre-washed, so they can be used right out of the box. Of course, if you have sensitive skin or any allergies, it is best to wash them first before using.
